Terms and conditions of use

This is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Romanian version of this document prevails.

1. Who runs this site

The 4drinks.ro website (“the site”) is operated by the company named above (“we”, “4Drinks”). By accessing the site you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

2. What this site is and is not

The site serves solely to present the physical 4Drinks shop in Craiova. It is not an online shop.

• No orders with online payment can be placed through this site.
• No distance sales contracts are concluded through the site.
• Sales take place exclusively in the physical shop, at the till.

Messages sent over WhatsApp serve for information, informal reservations and quote requests. They do not constitute a firm order until we explicitly confirm it.

3. Age restriction

The site features alcoholic drinks. Access is permitted exclusively to persons aged 18 or over.

Selling alcoholic drinks to minors is prohibited by law. In the shop we ask for identification whenever there is any doubt about the buyer's age, and we refuse the sale if it is not provided.

Confirming your age when entering the site is a declaration made by the visitor on their own responsibility. We accept no liability for false declarations made in this respect.

4. Prices and availability

The prices shown on the site are indicative ranges, expressed in lei, VAT included. They are strictly informative, to give the visitor an idea of the price range in the shop.

• The exact price of a product is the one shown on the shelf and the one recorded on the receipt.
• The price ranges on the site do not constitute a firm offer and do not bind us contractually.
• Product availability varies. The presence of a category on the site does not guarantee that a particular product is in stock at any given moment.

We reserve the right to change prices and the product range without prior notice.

5. Responsible drinking

Excessive alcohol consumption seriously harms your health. Do not drive any vehicle if you have been drinking. Alcohol is contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and in combination with certain medical treatments.

6. Site content and intellectual property

The texts, graphics, structure and code of this site belong to SC CLARITY PRO SRL and are protected by copyright law. Reproducing, distributing or using them commercially without our written consent is prohibited.

Product names, brands and manufacturers' logos mentioned on the site belong to their rightful owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

7. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site correct and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• any discrepancies between the information on the site and the actual situation in the shop;
• temporary interruptions in the operation of the site, whatever the cause;
• the content of third-party sites we link to (Google Maps, WhatsApp, social networks), which are subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

Any complaint regarding products bought in the shop may be sent over WhatsApp or to the e-mail address above. We reply within 30 days at the latest.

If we do not reach a solution, you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or use the European ODR platform for online dispute resolution.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update this document at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the site at the moment of access, with the date of the last update shown at the top.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be settled amicably; failing that, by the courts having jurisdiction at the company's registered office.
